Terms and Conditions of Purchase from Afaq Al Jazeera Company

Dear Customer, to facilitate the purchase process, we kindly ask you to review the following before completing your purchase. Completing the purchase will be considered your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

First: Product Display

The display and marketing of products on the website does not, under any circumstances, constitute a recommendation that any product is suitable for the customer's needs or preferences. Therefore, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the product meets their needs by reviewing the information included on each product page and in the product descriptions.

Second: Shipping and Delivery

• The customer must enter the recipient's name, delivery address, and contact number correctly. An incorrect address or contact information may result in delayed or non-delivery shipments, or additional charges imposed by the shipping company or delivery person.

• The estimated delivery time is an estimate. We will do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible; however, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond the store's control.

• Orders may be delayed for reasons related to the customer, such as their absence from the delivery location, failure to answer the delivery driver's call, or request to change the delivery address. In such cases, neither the store nor the delivery company is responsible for the delay.

• The store may change the shipping company selected by the customer without prior notice if shipping is free. If shipping is paid, the store may also change the shipping company, provided the difference in fees is refunded to the customer if the fee is lower after the change.

Delivery Address

• Online orders can only be delivered within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We currently do not deliver to any other location. Upon delivery, the receipt must be signed by an adult aged 21 or older.

• Please ensure you provide the correct delivery address when printing the invoice. This will enable us to provide prompt and timely delivery for you and other customers.

• Please provide the following information:

• Province

• Lot Number

• Street Number

• Building Number

• Recipient's Name

• Recipient's Phone Number

 

Third: Returns and Exchanges

If you change your mind within seven (7) days of the purchase date, we may accept returns or exchanges, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. All merchandise sold is returnable within three (3) days of receipt and exchangeable within seven (7) days of receipt. The customer will receive a refund minus the delivery fee. The merchandise must be unused, in its original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for returning the merchandise to the store within the aforementioned period. The merchandise must be free of scratches or damage caused by the customer, and the printers and ink cartridges must be unopened.

2. The refund will be issued to the customer using the same card within the timeframe specified by the card issuer.

3. This website is for retail orders for personal use only. For bulk (wholesale) orders, the store reserves the right to cancel the order.

Note:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• The product must be in its original condition and packaging, unused, and the packaging must not have been altered.

• Returns are accepted within 3 business days, and exchanges within 5 days of receiving the shipment.

• Products are non-refundable if misused by the customer. All packages are invoiced by Afaq Al Jazeera Company.

Fourth: Orders (Cancellation/Modification/Non-Receipt) Fees:

Afaq Al Jazeera Company reserves the right to modify an order if the requested products are unavailable and notify the customer. In this case, the customer has the right to accept the modification or return the order and receive a full refund if prepaid.

Since shipping, delivery, and payment services are provided by other companies, fees may be charged as follows:

If the order is handed over to the shipping company before a cancellation request is received, or if the customer does not receive the order for a reason attributable to them, and the shipping company returns the shipment to our warehouse and charges shipping and return fees, these fees will be deducted from the refund amount issued to the customer.

 

Fifth: Buyer Protection:

1. If a buyer purchases an item and does not receive it, or receives an item that differs from the description on the product page, is damaged, or does not function correctly, the buyer can request protection under the Buyer Protection Program and the website's Return Policy. This allows for a free return and a full refund, subject to the website's terms and conditions.

In this case, all you need to do is submit a replacement request.

• You can return or exchange the item within 3 days of receiving it, ensuring it remains in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it, unused and unopened.

• If you confirm that the item you wish to return is damaged, does not function correctly, or does not match the description provided on the website, you will receive a full refund.

• After the website administration receives the submitted report, the necessary steps will be taken to verify the situation and its details. If the website decides that the product should be returned to the customer, the product will be returned.

• Shipping Fees for Returned Items:

If the return is due to an error on the part of the website or a problem with the shipped product:

If the buyer objects within 3 days of receiving the order (the protection period offered by Afaq Al Jazeera Company), Afaq Al Jazeera Company will bear the shipping fees paid to send the item to the buyer.

If the buyer objects after 3 days of receiving the order (only if the product return was approved by the website):

The buyer will bear the shipping fees paid to send the item to them.

The website will bear the shipping fees for returning the item to them.

If the return is due to the buyer's error and the product is still in its original condition and unopened:

The customer will bear the shipping cost to send the item to the buyer.

The customer will bear the shipping fees for returning the item.

If the buyer objects after 3 days of receiving the order (only if the product return was approved by the website):

The buyer will bear the shipping fees paid to send the item to them.

The buyer will bear the shipping fees for returning the item.
