Third: Returns and Exchanges

Afaq Al Jazeera Company reserves the right to modify an order if the requested products are unavailable and notify the customer. In this case, the customer has the right to accept the modification or return the order and receive a full refund if prepaid.<\/p>

Since shipping, delivery, and payment services are provided by other companies, fees may be charged as follows:<\/p>

If the order is handed over to the shipping company before a cancellation request is received, or if the customer does not receive the order for a reason attributable to them, and the shipping company returns the shipment to our warehouse and charges shipping and return fees, these fees will be deducted from the refund amount issued to the customer.<\/p>
